Hello Authenticators. I'm pretty sure this NYC Classic Shoulder is the real deal. Approx 9.5Wx8Hx3.5D. I conditioned the bag once, have not done anything with the strap yet. I am interested in the contrasting brown trim. Is this an early spectator version? I cannot find this style bag with the trim in any catalogs posted on TPF. Any ideas?

It may have been available in-store only, or the edge trim may have been replaced as a repair or at the customer's request. AFAIK the first Spectator Collection appearing in my catalogs was 1989 but may have been available years before that. I had a tan Station Bag with contrasting black edging that replaced the original tan and was done as a replacement for damaged edge trim.

The bag itself is genuine.

Hi all~

I appreciate your help in authenticating this Coach Watson bag. The creed is very difficult to read, but I can see the J5D prefix somewhat clearly (see photos). This bag has a 26" strap drop and measures approximately 7.5" x 6" x 3". I believe I bought this at a garage sale a few years ago.

Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you Hyacinth. It's fun finding a potential one-off and wondering what its history is. If only the bags could talk!

Please verify the authenticity of this bag being sold on ebay. There appears to be issues (creed misspellings, unusual serial number, etc.,) with this purse.
Thank you!

Please post a copy of the seller's creed and serial number photo. But without even seeing it, if there are misspellings in the creed the bag is almost certainly fake.
GAD is never a valid serial prefix.

How about this one? Please and thank you for an authentication opinion. It DOES have the little white tag inside, and I'll attempt to photograph. Serial No. M1680-58485. I scotch taped it down to take a photo.
It's a rexy wallet!

Measures: 7.5 x 4.

Polite bump to see if anyone has an opinion on this embroidered applique wallet. :)

I think it's okay.

The problem (and why I didn't respond sooner) is that these items are so closely faked, especially many coming out of Japan, that it's hard to authenticate them. And because benjamiwes_41's listing has a title and item specifics that appear to have been copied from Japanese sellers' listings as well as minimal definitive pictures, I am skeptical.

Since you have the item in hand and can examine it for quality, you are in a better position to gauge the quality.

I'd like @houseof999 to give her opinion.
