I'm not really sure about that J3H- serial number. There are no confirmed examples of that plant and year combination that I've been able to find. Without a proven example of that code combination and with the large number of fakes that use that plant code, I would avoid anything with that serial prefix. By late 2003 which is what the codes indicate, US production of Coach bags had been almost completely take over by offshore plants. I would call that bag "Questionable" at best.

Good afternoon dear authenticators! A request to authenticate please. Thank you!
Item: Fletcher
Where purchased or how obtained: thrift store
Comments: dimensions are 7 1/2" height, 10" width, 4 1/2" depth. ETA; just reviewed my request, so sorry for the creed photos. I do take them right side up but for some reason they go sideways and upside down when I post. I hope they are clear enough. Thank you!

I'll go a step beyond @Hyacinth's opinion. I believe that bag is fake. The H plant font is wrong. (I think the serial prefix shows J8H. Not only was the H plant closes (afaik) by 1998 but it was certainly not in operation in 2003.)

But I'd like to see a picture of the interior of the back showing the creed along with the inside. From the picture I see, the creed appears to be stamped directly onto the leather (?) pocket rather than an attached patch as it should be.

Was this bag found in an online listing? If so, please post a link to the listing.

ETA: All other AUTHENTIC bags of the style have bridle leather creed text. Examples:
