Dear Authenticators, can I have some help please
Item: Coach white beat 18
Seller and site where listed
Link: https://www.brandalley.co.uk/18126887.html
Comments: It was sold out on the main website but managed to get in on alternative site. Looking at the bag, somes seams are crooked &broken and hardware flawed - makes it look fake. But apart from that the bag does look pretty genuine. H2022-4063. The price tag does not match the RRP, perhaps it could be a discounted outlet version? Can someone help me look at it? Thank you!

I'm not familiar with Brand Alley. Is it a legitimate department store? Is that store an authorized partner of Coach?

If not, I never recommend buying from sites that don't show the actual item but instead use stock images.

From your pictures of the actual item, I believe that bag is okay but I'm not impressed with the quality (or lack thereof).

Other opinions are welcome.

Comments:Hello good morning could someone please help authenticating this wallet?
I loved this color when I saw it on eBay however, when I received I failed to find the Coach stamp on it. It feels genuine and it looks genuine but I don’t see the Coach stamp anywhere inside or outside. I have seen similar styles of this wallet and the Coach stamp is inside on the bottom right. Perhaps a mistake left forgotten from the maker? Thank you!
Without being able to actually see a Coach stamp there's almost no way I can accurately authenticate the wallet. Can you take a photo, or better yet several photos, of the lower right corner of the inside where the stamp should be? Try a few different angles and see if any hint of a Coach stamp appears. Thanks!
That's difficult. Without a Coach logo, it's hard to prove it was made by Coach. It's not unheard of though. I've found newer wallets that I know are authentic Coach without any logo, but not one from this era, I don't think. Is there a made in stamp anywhere? Usually it would be stamped in the leather inside a pocket.
I believe it's okay. I've see a couple of fakes of the style and the periwinkle one doesn't have the problems of the fakes.

I had one of the same item and it was missing the logo although you can see an outlet bullet stamp.

Yes, the turnlock is wrong, the front padding on the tab is wrong and the serial number has the incorrect font for 1994 D plant. The bag is fake.

ETA: This would be laughable if it wasn't so sad - from the listing:
"NOTE: all items are authenticated, but if a Certificate of Authentication is shown, please print for your records. COA will not be shipped with this item."

Thanks BeenBurned for you time. No Brandalley is not a department store. It does claimed that they sell 100% authentic designer goods. Well they can claim what they wish I guess. Might get it returned. Otherwise, any other similar experiences?

Dear Authenticators,

Is this brief the real deal? Hope so as the seller is waiting for me to finalize the sale. I hope you don't mind my asking but at the time when Coach had "leather label stickers" to indicate the bag's number, does it make it harder to authenticate a bag? Who's to say that a label can be easily replaced! I have no doubt expert authenticators have cunning ways :) Thanks so much.

ThePurseForum has an excellent search engine that I used to look for posts that mentioned BrandAlley and came up with six pages of links. Some of them mention possible or confirmed fakes having been bought from the site. You may want to read the ones that mention members' buying experiences. Posts are sorted by newest to oldest.

Once you're comfortable using tPF's Search feature, it can save you a ton of aggravation and a lot of money:

ETA - I can't advise you on the bag itself since I don't get involved with newer styles made after approximately 2010. But searching for the seller and their history, if any, is something we strongly recommend.

Good morning authenticators! Is this one of the "bean bag" mistakes or is it fake? I don't recognize the style and I would think the creed would include some numbers/letters of some sort being that the bean bag mistake was in the early 90's. The turn lock looks off to me as well.

Thank you. I don't know enough yet about the fonts but the turnlock bothered me!
