Unfortunately, the Philippines is another location from which the fakes are very close. And from what I've seen, there are more fakes than authentic items.

If you search "Philippines fakes" in the Coach subforum, there are many posts about the danger of buying from Filippino sellers and sites.

This is another bag I'd recommend returning.
Thanks! I'll check that out and look into it! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the IG store doesn't have a return policy. I might just give it to someone else who wants it I guess. It's really sad. I'll just buy from the actual stores from now on.

Thank you for the advice! I've already reached out to the website since the seller said they will be refunding the orders if they are proved to be fake. Thanks again!
I don't want to go into detail about how I know it's fake. I don't want to help fakers produce better fakes and I don't want to help sellers know what parts NOT to show or to blur just enough that it makes it difficult to authenticate but there are characteristics that are seen in most Japanese sellers' fakes.

If you paid with a credit card, you might file a dispute for having received a counterfeit item.

Unfortunately, I used a local mobile wallet app to pay. I'm going to reach out to the app's customer service if I can still dispute the payment. I have reached out to the seller and unfortunately haven't responded to me yet. It sucks but if I can't get my money back then I'll just give it to someone who doesn't care about having a fake purse haha

I understand. I do hope I get my money back for this one. I paid much more for this bag than the plaid one but thru Paypal. I already have a case created for my dispute. Thanks again for all your help!

@dani.g.d If you do give the purse away, please make sure that you remove ALL the fake coach id's that you can, so that this purse does not show up again as genuine in the future :)

Thanks for the advice! But can you please specify the "coach IDs" you're referring to?
She means that anything on the bag that helps it pretend to be Coach should be removed.

In the case of the listing shown in @dani.g.d 's post here, that would involve destroying the bag.

In some cases, it might simply be a matter of cutting the creed patch out of the pocket and removing and disposing of a hangtag.
