Note that "Coach" on the hardware doesn't prove anything and in fact, usually, the more "Coach" stamps there are, the more likely an item is to be fake.

Thank you so much, the back of the Poppy labels just says “MADE IN CHINA”. The more I look around the more the embossing looks odd, I haven’t been able to find anything else that has the C’s in different fonts, and with some stacked instead of facing each other. I did get my money back due to the damaged corner.

Comments : The creed is stamped crooked on the internal tag and is almost impossible to read. The number reads K1679-F35940, I think F means a factory outlet bag but the style number seems to lead to a different design. The crossbody strap is sewn on and cannot be removed. The lining has a weird feel, very papery and makes a scrunch noise LOL.

Comments: I did buy the bag and have received it. There is no creed other than the badge on the front, and there is no white tape with a serial/model number on it. The only tag is the Poppy one in the photos. None of the hardware on the bag has Coach stamped on it. It was advertised as leather but I am doubting this as it is peeling on one corner *eek*.

Although the wristlet is definitely authentic, you certainly did receive a NAD (not as described) item because of the lack of disclosure of the peeling.

Regarding the signature pattern, Coach uses a number of patterns. The pattern on your item is/was call "op art" and is correct for that item.

Picked this one up at a thrift shop I had never been to before. I questioned it‘s authenticity because of the female part of the turnlock but grabbed it anyway. I looked it up and it seemed like the style number was right but the majority of the bags like it for sale on line were on Poshmark which I know can be hit and miss for authenticity and none of the photos showed the back side of that piece of the hardware. Please let me know if it’s authentic or not. Thank you!
