Comments: I don’t see any markings to indicate it is authentic.

It's not made by Coach. The hardware, construction and location of the keychain grommet are all wrong for Coach.

Someone attached a genuine or fake hangtag to a "C&B" brand item. (I don't know what brand C&B is.)

ETA: I don't believe it's an authentic hangtag either.
ETA #2: Went back and reread the description. C&B is not a monogram!

If you're the buyer, you might want to file a dispute for not as described.

It's authentic - 4635 wallet/purse, probably made in the 80s. I see it in 1983 and 1986 catalogs.
