Thank you so much! Do you know the estimated value? Just curious

No, there's no such thing as "estimated value". Purses are not like real estate or fine jewelry, they don't have a constant or even semi-constant value, they're only worth what someone is willing to pay for them in that year, month and day. Values can go up and down on a weekly basis. The best guide to a value that day is to search Ebay for what another bag in exactly the same style and style number and condition was sold for. Beware of anyone who claims there is a permanent "estimated value" for any Coach product.

We're currently seeing wildly inflated prices on many vintage Coach bags from both private sellers and from Coach themselves for their "re-loved" bags on their websites. That's been happening for more than a year with values going higher and higher and will keep going up until buyers decide to stop buying until prices come down again.

That is what I thought. I emailed them asking for it and they emailed me back with the following.

I don't think I will give this any further time, as I don't believe it is authentic either. Thank you so much for your time.
To be clear, I wasn't able to give an opinion on authenticity because the pictures shown are inadequate and the item can't be authenticated as shown.

If they aren't able to accept constructive criticism and aren't willing to look for the tag, the seller should be avoided.

Would you please authenticate this wallet that belongs to a friend of mine? It's about 6.5" x 4.5"
Thank you

Is that seller selling online? Is it on ebay or another site with a "report" button?

Yes. It was eBay and I did report it. I actually was so upset I went through and reported all the ones that looked shady! About 99.9% of them. I’m going to try and attach the link.

Please DON'T report items to Ebay as fake unless you're absolutely sure and have actually verified they're fake in this thread!

That is NOT what we encourage here. Filing false reports is against everything tPF stands for.

She's definitely a member one of the many "gangs" or multiple-ID Japanese sellers who often falsify their locations and share photos among them, but actually selling fakes must be proven because it's illegal as well as a violation of Ebay Rules. That's why we've been warning members for years against buying from sellers who are or who may be located in Japan especially when the same photos are being used by multiple sellers, including this one. We also discourage buying from sellers located in the Philippines because of the high percentage of fakes.

Here's an example - your seller " cynodo-93 " has this listing for a "Karlee Crossbody " with Snoopy. A Search of Ebay for that style number 4114 in both Current and Completed brings up more than a dozen listings, many of them from sellers in Japan or who MAY be in Japan but are showing false locations in the US, and many of them using the same photos, including at least one other with the same exact "white glove" photo of the creed patch. Notice that most of these "gang" photos don't even show a close-up of the creed. CHECK OTHER LISTINGS AND LOOK FOR THE SAME PHOTOS.

Completed:

And don't ever buy a "Coach" bag if the seller doesn't show a clear readable and enlargeable photo of the creed patch and serial number if the bag is supposed to have one.

I have no excuse for this. In my only defense, the seller has not been discussed here and I have not paid for this bag.

Yellow duffle sac
seller: japan-seller-itoushouten
Item: 134192358318

Thank you, as always. (hangs head in shame while hoping for a good verdict)

As long as you get the same bag and serial number that's in the photo, it's genuine.

This seller doesn't seem to be part of any of the gangs I mentioned. The ones to be really wary of are the ones that sell recent popular styles in volume and the "vintage" sellers who keep trying to sell Made In Korea fakes.
