Hi Guys, can someone help me with this one. I've tried searching the style but get dead links everywhere!

Seller: Jldeals4u
Link: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NWT-COAC...-Hippie-Crossbody-19856-Fuchsia-/281247395120

Sorry, we need a clear, readable photo of the creed patch and serial number to authenticate.

The seller SEEMS to sell genuine items but every Coach seller should understand the importance of clear creed photos.

Thanks for the help and support ChevalierNoir! I just got off the phone with eBay and they will not do anything "ahead of time" for me. I have to accept the return "as stated" then call back to appeal the decision. :nogood:

Have you called ebay? I had something extremely similar happen to me a few weeks ago (except buyer claimed the bag was defective instead of fake, but same outcome). I called ebay before I responded to the buyer's dispute, and told them I was worried about being scammed by the buyer because the reason for the supposed defect was ridiculous, their buying activity was suspicious, they have numerous NPB complaints in their feedback, and I was worried about receiving a different item back in the mail. I have a no questions asked return policy, but I think the buyer did not want to pay return shipping and restocking fee.
Miraculously, the ebay CSR I spoke to agreed with me on all counts (her name was Kim). Ebay ended up siding with me, and I got the defect on my account removed.
If you haven't called ebay yet, please do so, and give them all of the details that concern you (but not as in great of detail as you could in this thread) that you are possibly being scammed. Very roughly, very generally speaking, the outlet bullet stamp she's complaining about actually proves it's real (according to the experts here, there are cases of faked bullet stamps on the creeds of fakes, but ebay doesn't need that level of detail), priority shipping is expedited shipping, and she's not only a competitor, she's also selling the same brand of bag with the same bullet stamp on the creed! That all sounds suspicious to me! Good luck, and I hope you're able to get the defect on your account removed. :smile1:

ETA: I'm not sure if it's helpful to point this out to ebay when you call to make your case, but the photos used in her Charley and Town car tote listings are stock photos stolen from Coach's website.

ETA 2: What Hyacinth said a couple of posts down! Sheesh, how could I forget that one? She's sold a confirmed fake herself that was removed by ebay.

Thank you BeenBurned, Hyacinth, and theCollector629. I appreciate the support.

eBay ID is llally2012 - she buys and sells on eBay too, and has a Coach listed with a bulls eye! No contact to me whatsoever about any of this. It shows I have the no problems money back guarantee and I always pay the return shipping too. Oh well. I just hate the slams on my Seller Dashboard.

I have cooled off a quite a bit now thanks to you guys. It's always better for me to do that than jump right into a response. I just try so hard and it is so frustrating to have this happen. One of the options on the return detail is send a message to the buyer. I always try to reply through eBay so they can see what I have done. Do any of you know if I can send links that way or would I have to send it through email? I'll send her links to all of it if I can. I tried to send my email to someone once through the eBay message system though and it kicked it back. I don't know if it will do that with links or not.

Thank you for the ID. She's blocked on my ebay account!
Well, methinks llally2012 definitely needs to visit TPF because not only does she wrongly accuse YOU of selling a fake when the bag is authentic, but she sold this fake:

And in case the listing poofs, here are a couple of pictures from her lisitng:

The listing for the fake Scribble has vanished, I hope it was reported and removed. :graucho:

llally2012 is definitely a seller we need to keep an eye on since she obviously couldn't recognise a fake Coach if it flew up her nose.

Here's another comment about auction listings from llally2012. She seems to have a favorite buyer, so there's a good chance you might pay a higher price than you'd normally pay for it. Member Id: r***a

. Beware! :D;)

A possible shill?

BeenBurned did you (or anyone else) happen to write down the item number for the fake she sold? I did not and it has been pulled now and I can't get to it. I was thinking it might be beneficial when trying to prove my case to eBay.

I'm sure Ebay has a record of the removal and access to the item number of the fake Scribble, but it was listing number 351414004731.

I was about to post the item number too but noticed Hyacinth already did it. :smile1:

So I'll contribute a cache of the listing. (I'm not sure how long it'll be viewable.)
