Comments:Hello, if you could please help me in authenticating this lovely thank you.
She sent me serial in private
Your link didn't work. Here's the listing:

Her listing states, "I submitted a photo to an independent group of collectors buyers and sellers and they verified its authenticity."

I wonder who the "independent group of collectors buyers and sellers" is. And how are they able to verify authenticity without a creed photo in the listing, with only "a picture" and why wouldn't they advise the seller that it's necessary to be shown in the listing? (She doesn't even state which "picture" she sent to the group.

Her other Coach listings have the same statement even though the listings are sans creed pictures.

Hi! I’m at a thrift store and I’m not sure if this bag is authentic or not? The stamp looks weird to me.
I don’t have a measuring tape but it looks 9x9 to me
Serial number 9092
Thank you

IT'S FAKE. Don't buy it.

The date code is at least 3 years too early for the bag and the font used for the serial number is completely wrong.

Hi authenticators, if you get a chance can you please let me know if my bag is authentic?

Item: Patricia's Legacy Bag 9951 (No. D9Z-9951)

Measurements: 11.5" (L) x 8.5" or 9" (H) x 4" (W)

Where purchased or how obtained?: Some flea market in NYC back in 2009 or 2010. Bought in-person.

Comments: Is this bag I bought more than a decade ago, as a gullible teenager, authentic? (Granted I'm still new and dupable to the vintage/preloved bag game.) The bag is really used and damaged in quite a few areas. I fear it could be fake because of the damage, the creed which says it was made in Dominican Republic, I bought it with no box, dust bag, brand tag, or anything indicating authenticity. Luckily, I didn't spend a lot. Even if it's not real, I still love the shape & utility of it so, I'll probably wear it anyway. Looking to see if it's worth getting restored if it's real.

Thanks so much!
