BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I bought this purse from one of my sources. She said she bought it from an outlet mall. I did not realize that there are so many fake Coach bags. I have a lot to learn.

Hi, I listed a Coach bag on Poshmark because it satisfied everything I read online proving authenticity. I am currently second-guessing myself. I do not want to sell someone a fake bag. I am hoping someone can help me verify this purse? I have searched for hours online and finally found this forum.

I appreciate any assistance I can get. I need to remove my listing as soon as possible if this bag is not authentic.

There aren't any obvious problems, but there aren't many other examples of that style for sale that have enough of the right photos for comparison. But the creed and serial number match the other examples for sale so it's very likely to be genuine. Outlet styles weren't faked nearly as often as bags from the full-price stores.

1- looks good but I don't know the name

2- genuine, from 1999, Legacy Small Zip

3- genuine Lexington Drawstring from 1998

4- FAKE. THIS is a font that you should be worried about.

5- "Penny" doesn't seem to be a valid Coach name. I haven't seen any examples of that name in any old literature or ad photos. We can't see the strap or strap mountings so there's no way to ID it, but whatever it is, it's genuine and made right around 1988.

I believe you shop at Saver's so I want to let you know that although they no longer allow exchanges on items other than clothing or shoes, I fought for the return of a fake LV after a professional authentication deemed it fake. They gave me a hard time but I insisted, citing the law.

Depending what you paid, it may be worth a fight.
