Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Luckily the creeds in this case look ok without needing a closer view, but if the creeds or numbers were less distinctive your photos would be a bit too small to see the details needed for a strong authentication. We could be talking about details smaller than one-eighth of an inch.
Some things to remember:

Each attachment should be on its own line since right now even the attachment links are all jumbled together and can't be used to open or show the photos. Don't try to squeeze the photos together, that's not what we need.

We need to be able to read and examine the fonts of the letters and numbers in the creed and serial number, and that usually means the photos should be at least 4x3 inches, or a bit bigger if it's needed to show the details. In pixels, maybe around 550x400 pixels usually works for photos of creeds and serial numbers.

If you're posting with a full-feature computer, there are free programs like Irfanview that can help resize photos you've saved.

Thanks, Hyacinth, whew! I was thought my pictures from other posts were too big, so experimented with the size a bit, good to know.
And yes, I love the "Bucket Woman" ( keeping Up Appearances) ) and smile every time I see you picture!

Thanks whatev, I'd like to run by this updated creed pic from the seller on this thread for my own records before I pay for it. Still can't believe how many Tafts gets listed and sold without any creed pic.

If this is authentic, it should make for some serious bidding but then why does the catalog not have the green one listed? were more colors added? is the overall lumpiness normal wear? Does this collection have a lot of fakes?

You only have one catalog with Madisons - did you know that Coach made that line over four years and changed almost all the colors every year?

The Drake is genuine.
