All three look fine. The zipper brand doesn't matter. The catalog pictures I have for the Plaza show the available browns as BT, tabac, mahogany and putty. It looks closest to putty in the pictures.

Hello friends! I’m writing asking for some help/advice. Maybe someone could help. With Christmas coming up I wanted to sell one of my Coach bags that I’m not using. I will include pics. Ebay removed my listing, because they said that it was a counterfeit. I’m pretty sure it was a mistake. I tried calling and they pretty much accused me of Selling a fake. Any advice with this situation would be much appreciated

Some idjit must have reported it but the bag is authentic.

It's unusual to get a restriction unless there were previous removals of (suspected) fakes.

Is it possible that this bag had been removed?
or

If so, there might have been red flags that Ebay saw although the bag you showed today is authentic.

Hello! Could you please have a look at my latest acquisition. Bought at a vintage shop, in my possession. Approximately 10”@x11”x4”. It’s so squishy and slouchy, it’s hard to measure! Thanks.

It's authentic and looks to be a stewardess bag. (I've been wrong on identities before so wait for confirmation on that! :) )

Thanks @BeenBurned I figured it was a Stewardess, but I’ll stay tuned. Happy to hear it’s authentic though.

I agree, it's a genuine Stewardess from the early to mid-1980s.

Hello authenticators!

Can someone please help me authenticate the following vintage Rambler. Is it the real deal?

Item: Coach Rambler (9061)
Listing number: 234312147880
Seller and site where listed: franmwin1220, eBay
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/234312147880?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055359.m2763.l2649
Comments: The strap seems a bit short.

Thanks!

It's a genuine Rambler's LEGACY, not a Rambler, they are 2 different bags. And this one isn't vintage either since it was only made in China in June of 2005 and won't be "vintage" for another 4 years.

I don't think that's the original strap either. It only looks like it's maybe 32 to 35 inches long.

ETA - Here's a link to, and a screenshot of, the August 2004 webpage for the 2004 Rambler's Legacy (which has exactly the same details as the 2005 version) saved by the Wayback Machine. Note that the description says the strap is 48 inches long. The bag you received is genuine but it's Not As Described, the strap has been replaced with a shorter one and the seller never disclosed the actual strap length in the description - there is a line where that information is supposed to be included. There's no way that's Coach's original strap. I'd suggest contacting the seller after you measure the strap on yours end-to-end. Click on the thumbnail to enlarge the photo.

BTW, THIS is a vintage "Rambler Bag", style 9735, made in the 1980s and off and on again during the 1990s. Note the differences in size and design details between this and the style number 9061 Rambler's Legacy, which wasn't introduced until 1998:

@whateve , thank you so much for taking the time to check its authenticity! I'm happy they are all authentic. And thanks so much for looking up color info on my Plaza! Sounds accurate as it's more beige than brown. Thank you!
