It could be a Lightweight/Soho Waverly 4133 although the length measurements aren't the same as Coach's, but that could depend on whether it was measuered at the top or base of the bag. I think it's ok although the creed seems a bit puffy. Other opinions are welcome.
My opinion is exactly the same. Being it is supposed to be lightweight leather, I think it should be pretty hard to make a puffy creed. There is an outlet stamp.

A waverly normally has two inside pockets; this bag only has one. It looks like they changed the design and the early version only had one pocket. This one, made in 1994, only has one pocket: http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-4133-...026?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aea7a23e2 The creed on this one has the depth of stamping we normally would see on a Soho bag.

I'm curious about the border around "No." although the numbers look right.

Interesting. I've never seen one like this before with a logo. It has to be fake because of the way the ends are sewn.

And Coach NEVER stamped their name on any kind of strap clip, trigger-type or dogleash. AFAIK they STILL don't. A strap with a stamped clip is always fake.

And yeah, if there are exceptions, just hit me with them and get it over with. :D

I'm hitting you over the head now, so duck! Recent strap hardware does have a logo but only on the type in this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Coach-2...768?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c5374f790
I don't know what you call these types of clips. There also are a few that with attachments that look like rings and I think they might be marked.

Dogleash clips aren't marked and I don't know if they make any current styles other than classics that have trigger clips, but I doubt they would be marked. There isn't enough flat area.

ETA: I found this listing which shows the kind of clip that has a logo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-ADJUS...5ff839&pid=100011&rk=6&rkt=10&sd=191585765853

And I'll back up the other authentications. Your Horse And Carriage bag is genuine.

As for your buyer's comments - she's wrong on every point.

Coach has been putting Made in China tags inside their Made in China bags and accessories for at least 10 years and probably more. And they actually started making bags in China some time around 1995, and accessories even earlier.

Smaller bags like Top Handles are considered accessories and some accessories have creeds and serial numbers, some just have creeds with NO numbers, and some have neither. What each accessory or bag gets it entirely up to Coach.

Sorry you got stuck with a buyer who refuses to do any research and who thinks that owning "several" of Coach's bags out of the more than THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND different purse and accessory bag style numbers currently in Coach's history and archives (and that's not counting wallets!) makes her an instant expert.

Maybe she can take over for BeenBurned and Whateve and myself and handle all these authentications at tPF too? Heaven knows we all could use a few weeks off. Yes, that was sarcasm. Maybe she also thinks that removing a splinter from someone's finger qualifies her to perform brain surgery.

My sympathies, you don't deserve that kind of buyer.
Just FYI - I sent this buyer all the info, the links, and lots of explanations.
She did not respond.
I wrote again, politely, and she did not respond.
Now after all she just left me a neutral feedback with the comment "OK".
WTF???
If she did not like the bag she could have just returned it.
WTF again
SO - happy to share her user ID so other sellers can avoid a problem "redsteph1975".
