Great thanks, do you know the name of it? When I looked up a desciption online, a Bridgitte showed up. However this does not have a place to put a strap, it is just a clutch. Would this be a Bridgette clutch then?
It is Bridget but your item appears to be a smaller item, possibly a coin purse, thus there's no handle or strap. I wasn't able to find the same item or a style number.

Hi! Please help me authenticate this purse. The quality, the stitching, the embossed "coach" word on the zipper pulls, etc leads me to believe it's a real coach bag. However, there's no item number. Or creed inside. I bought this at shop goodwill. com. I don't know its history other than it comes from Florida. Here are lots and lots of pictures. Thank you!!! I love this purse. It's more coral color than red.20210603_152908.jpg20210603_152838.jpg20210603_152908.jpg20210603_153010.jpg20210603_152919.jpg20210603_152856.jpg20210603_152935.jpg20210603_153359.jpg20210603_153047.jpg

Thank you. Found this one on Poshmark
Where did they get the idea it was made in 1951? That's not true at all! It was made in the early 90s. It's a swagger #9820.
Yes, it's authentic. I wouldn't have IDed it with a name and style number if it wasn't.
If we give something a Coach name and style number, that means it's authentic. Fakes don't deserve either one and we don't identify them as anything more than fakes, or sometimes Korean- or Chinese-made fakes. Or occasionally when it's deserved, P'sOS.
After being corrected by a knowledgeable poshmark poster, the seller corrected the listing and explained that she got "1951" from a google guide. After reading that the prefix (sometimes) contains code for the year of manufacture, I'm guessing that she saw "51" in the serial prefix and took it to mean that the bag was made in 1951.

I wonder which guide told her this was authentic:

It's authentic. It was made around 2013. I have a similar clutch.

Dear Authenticators,
Is this red Coach brief the real deal? Thanks so much for your assessment before I commit to it.

Comments: Hi, I looked at this bag's creed, and although it looks like it has characteristics of a New York made bag, the smaller text under the paragraph seems to read "Made in the United States", so I'm a bit confused on what I should think. Thank you!

Hi there! Can anyone please confirm authenticity of this bag? The creed inside is J8H 9993. I believe it's a shopper from the 90s? Photos are from a sellers listing. I do not have the bag in hand to do measurements. Thank you!!
