Can you authenticate this please? I think it looks like the Equestrian Shopper, but its larger. @Hyacinth had previously mentioned some Equestrian fakes. The creed looked strange to me too as it’s inked as well as impresed, but it could just be new to me. Did Coach ever ink their creeds? Thank you!

Thank you for that authentication. I’m sorry, I’m looking at a few and think I mentioned the wrong one regarding the ink. Can you look at this one? This one has a dark creed and looks like a larger Equestrian Shopper. Size is 17” x 13”. If this is authentic, do you know what it is called?

It looks good. I think the creed just has the appearance of being darker due to shadows or possibly dirt. They weren't ever inked at the factory.

I'm naturally suspicious and my first thought is that the seller on kijiji stole a creed image, not realizing or not thinking she'd be caught.

The inside pocket in the kijiji isn't correct for a legacy zip.

This is the creed shown in the listing and unless you get a credible explanation from the seller, I would avoid Darae.

Thank you! That's the impression I got too, but you've seen a lot more examples of those styles in real life than I have. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing those organizer pocket details that should have been there.

Thanks for all the information. I think someone probably called 9951 by that and every seller on ebay started copying it that. Here are the 2 additional pictures from the listing.

Please note the additional comments from all three authenticators farther along the thread. Do NOT buy that bag, the main set of pics are possibly of a fake, and the creed photo doesn't fit with the rest of the listing. And to make it even worse, whereever she found that creed pic, it doesn't match the bag(s) in the other pictures. It may be from a real Patricia's Legacy but the other photos are NOT. I'm not even sure if the last 2 photos from that listing are from the same bag. Nothing seems to fit together. Even the colors of the leather and hardware don't seem to match, and the positioning of the creed stamp looks different in those last 2 photos. There are all kinds of red flags in that listing the closer you look, including the fact that the seller for some reason didn't want to show the creed from the bag she's selling so she "borrowed" a photo from somewhere else and from a totally different style.

If you mean the one with the 056-2130 serial number, that one is much too old by about 10 years to be from the Equestrian line. It was made in the late 1980s, not the 1990s, and could be a 5190 Envelope Portfolio from the Business line and measures 16 by 11 inches according to the catalog.

Where purchased or how obtained: I bought these two items from Mercari. The Daypack just last week, and I just received it yesterday. The Soho I bought five months back. I’m hoping both items are authentic.
