Is this bag authentic? I'm considering making an offer. I'd love to know the year (2003?). The color is listed as "camel" but I can only find that color with nickel hardware and it also looks more yellow than this color. Finally, there are two of the "outlet" type circles above the creed. Wondering if that means multiple defects?

Thanks so much for confirming! Much appreciated. Just sent an email at once to the shop where I got the bag when I read your reply and they informed me that they will give a full refund. They told me that they’ve been victimized by bag switched. Anyway, thanks again for your help! I am now at ease.

I was wondering how to tell the difference between fakes and authentic bags from the overstamping marks. That really helps. Thank you for your time and knowledge!

The creed picture isn't clear enough for me. It's probably okay. It isn't camel. It looks like taupe. I don't know the colors that were available that year. Two outlet stamps just mean someone stamped it twice by mistake. Being transferred to the outlet doesn't indicate defects.

On the creed it says made in Turkey. I did quick Google search and it seems like coach bag were made in Turkey at some point, however if this bag is authentic I wonder if quality would be inferior to ones made in USA.

Authentic. I don't know how Turkey quality compares but I don't recall hearing any complaints. You could ask on the vintage chat thread.
