Can I get a verification of Authenticity please

Genuine, but the leather texture indicates a Gramercy style, not a Madison. I think I have the same style in a different color.

ETA - Yep, identical. Now let me see if I can find a style number and name...

So far, no name, just style number 7098, "unknown Gramercy Clutch Wallet"

Nope, not a thing except the number itself. I can look through a few paper catalogs but I may have already done that years ago. I'll try again.
When you get a chance if you can that would be awesome. I have a black one also. What color is yours? Also have you ever seen a red bag with this texture? Is they made a wallet, can I assume they must have made at least one style in red?

I was hoping you would say Gramercy! :yahoo: Thank you! Do you happen to have any catalog pic or any info on style number?

Sorry, no luck finding a name. Mine is black, but I don't think they ever made a red bag. And that may have been discussed here a while back, I'll see if I can find it.

ETA - Katev found a red wallet a long time ago but there's nothing in my catalogs or on the Wayback that I can find.

And another post from Katev that'smore recent, but I don't even remember which catalogs I found that information in. There weren't any pictures though or I would have saved them.

The bag is fine. I've never seen that on the turnlock but it could be a replacement. (Or maybe it's something they've used in the past.)

Please authenticate the following:
Item: Becket Zip
Measurements: 11.5" W x 9" H (at center) x 3.5" W
Where: In my possession
Comments: the stamping seems a little off and texture of the leather--not sure if just a stamping error and needs conditioning.

Hello! I am trying to authenticate a bag I purchased off eBay. Thank you so much for all your assistance!

Item: New Coach 78218 Refined Calf Leather SaddleSignature Chain Tote
Listing number: 383859385769
Seller and site where listed: EBAY - DORIV33
Link: https://www.ebay.com/vod/FetchOrder...VPS&itemid=383859385769&transid=1158450605025

Comments: I have already purchased it. I have never bought a bag on eBay, so I don't know why I didn't second guess while I was shopping. I got it, and just felt a little nervous about it. The story patch does not list where it was made. Also noticed some double stitching near the top of the bag, which I provided pics. Also, it had a care instruction packet.

Again, thank you in advance!

The link you provided doesn't take us to the listing as it's your order from your ebay. This is the link:

The bag is fine.
1. Not all creeds have where made in the text of the creed. Creeds vary depending on when and where made and style. Your bag should have a cloth label sewn into the side seam of the lining telling where made.
2. The double stitching is called backtacking. It's done in all sewing to secure stitching so it doesn't unravel and seams don't open.
3. Note that tags, care cards, tissue, etc. can be faked but in this case, there are no problems with the bag.
