Oh, there's no question that it's the same bag.

The seller on etsy is the same person as the buyer on Poshmark.

My issue with GreenbeevintageCo (Etsy) was that if she thought the bag was fake, why she listed it there.

But I believe (now) that at the time she listed, she believed it to be genuine and it wasn't until someone (another possible buyer) told her that it's fake that she hit the seller with a poor feedback rating rather than contacting the seller first.

As a seller on multiple sites, buyer/reseller GreenbeevintageCo knows the impact of a counterfeit accusation and without even verifying whether she received accurate information on the authenticity, she hurt the Poshmark seller. And IMO, that is very wrong!

So wrong! And vicious, at least buy it for a very low price and say nothing and sell for boatloads more. Am I too naive? Why would someone do that?

Hello everyone! Happy New Year! I wanted to see if I could get some help in authenticating these Coach bags:
Thank you in advance!

1st Listing
Item: Station Bag and Court Bag (bundle)
Listing number: 353326807378
Seller and site where listed: Seller is "snoefound" from Ebay
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Vint...-Station-Bag-5130-Court-Bag-9870/353326807378
Comments: The creed & serial looks off on the station bag. Can you confirm if both bags are valid?

2nd Listing
Item: Coach Regina Bag
Listing number: 274633231460
Seller: katimcclou0
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Vint...-Handle-And-Crossbody-Purse-9985/274633231460
Comments: So, this one seems odd to me because I thought the regina bags were 9983 but this one is 9985. The straps are also not the original straps. Is this just a mistake in the stamping of the serial number or is this bag fake?

I suspect this “friend” still follows TPF and uses this thread to find fodder to post counterfeit bags in their Facebook group.

I’m just a lurker in it, hoping this doesn’t get me ousted.

Uh-oh!! I’ve been found!

And my suspicions are probably correct!

He's been reading this forum all along and so have several of his robots, even though he's been banned from here at least twice. That's why I've posted more than one warning here. He's pulled a lot more dirty tricks than just posting counterfeit bags on his group.

Trust me, you're not missing much except for watching his coven fawning over him. If a guy like him ever tried to force his way into my life I'd probably move to central Manitoba just to get away from him. The "Cult" part of his FB page's name is more appropriate than you can imagine, and NOT in a good way. Google David Koresh or Jim Jones if you're not familiar with the names. And as an authenticator, he's a good dogcatcher.

Both are genuine. The Court Bag was made in 2002 and the Regina in 2000.

@Hyacinth, I’ve definitely chosen this bunch to align with. This group of meanies is so much more fun!!

That's just it, we're really not mean unless someone is mean to us first, and his meanness goes WAY back. Luckily I have a mean streak myself when someone takes potshots at me. I fight back.

The really ironic thing is that, for all the insults he throws at us, a good part of the authentication methods he uses are things he found right here on tPF. Every time I see him asking a seller on Poshmark if a questionable "Coach" has a "solid brass" stamp on the buckle, I laugh my butt off. Where do you think he learned that trick from and why it's important? And that's not the only one, there are dozens more examples.

And some of the problems with things he's "authenticated", recommended or even listed could have been spotted by a six-year old. An authentic "very rare Coach" t-shirt listed on Etsy for 70 bucks - sorry, $74.99! - with the logo done in glitter and with a Jerzees label? REALLY????? And that was just a few months ago!

So if we're fools and "idiots" here, what does that make him when he takes what WE'VE figured out and acts like it's his own genius that's discovered it? As Obi-Wan once said, "Who's the bigger fool, the fool or the fool who follows him?"

Welcome to the REAL world. :flowers:

Hi, I would like help authenticating a Coach Station handbag (5130). I think I got lost in the sauce awaiting approval to post, lol. I bought the bag on Mercari and when it arrived I looked over the bag and it seems authentic. The creed is light; it almost blends in with the leather. I am also concerned about the color change at the seams. The bag is weighty. I tried to capture pics while dunking it to give a better picture.

She did believe it authentic until someone told her they did not think it was. Yes - I was hurt by the accusation but she did have it authenticated and was told it was real. She did reach out and apologize. This whole thing has been a mess and I’m sorry for all parties involved.

The Regina is genuine and made in 1995. But the Court Bag listed by Ebay seller chula_lee is fake. The serial number includes invalid codes.
