Thank you and be safe!

Hi again! I believe I read that 3 purses is the limit to request authentication at one time, so I have 3 today. Thank you in advance for looking and offering any help! EDIT: The bottom 2 bags already sold, but I would still be very grateful if the first one could be looked over!

Item: Coach Hippie Flap
Seller and site where listed: gcahoon51, Poshmark
Link:https://poshmark.com/listing/Coach-Red-Leather-Satchel-5ee6aeec60fded66a3b3395b
Comments: My mom already clicked "purchase" before I could ask about this one. I read the sale guidelines and saw it is normal to have spaces between numbers, but I wasn't sure if it's normal for the year code to be so much smaller than the other numbers/letters.

Item: Coach Companion Flap (I think)
Seller and site where listed: aurorabetty, Poshmark

Item: Coach Prairie Bag
Seller and site where listed: funvintfinds, Poshmark

Comments:

Thank you again!

1- It's normal for that plant, month and year and that's all that matters. It's a genuine Mini Hippie made in 2000. And it IS mini, only 6x8 inches so make sure something that small will work for you. Even fitting a phone inside might be difficult.

Here on Coach, we don't generally limit the number of requests someone can make.

What we do ask is that you limit a single request to 3-4 bags because if more are listed in one post, it's confusing to keep track when authenticating, especially when comments are made about one of several posted. Misunderstandings are more likely to occur when there are several listings.

So you can ask about more bags; just break the posts up.

Item: Coach Small Shoulder Bag
Purchased: Many years ago at a flea market
Comments: At the time I didn't really know anything about coach bags. Since I have gotten into vintage coach I started to think it was fake because of the strap, but now I am thinking it may be authentic but had the strap replaced at some point? What do you think? Thanks so much!!! (Also the zipper is black not blue, not sure why the camera is picking it up incorrectly)

The bag is authentic. There have been some vintage Coach bags with similar straps.

Dear Authenticators,
Request you to kindly let me know if this Coach 9966 is authentic. Thanks!

Dear Authenticators,
Request you to kindly let me know if this Coach 9966 is authentic. Thanks!

This is my first time buying vintage coach and I purchased it without checking authenticity and when I tried cleaning the hardware on the straps, the rivets look like nickel but the hardware on the bag is brass.

I'm sorry, it's fake.

I have a guess on the brown one. The style number is saying -9061 to me, and I think the prefix is K8C. Here's the same prefix BUT I think the K in this one from my files is actually upside down, and the mistake was corrected before the Rambler's Legacy was made and stamped. Whatcha think?

From my files:

the Rambler's Legacy:

I just saw the pics BB posted, the last one has the same maybe-upside down K. Or maybe the Rambler's has the upside down K.

Really appreciate the feedback. I’m just going to tell myself its ok and hopefully it lasts me 20+ years like the old girl it is replacing. You all really know your stuff. I’m blown away by the collective wisdom of this group.

Dear Authenticators,
Kindly let me know if this 9966 is authentic. Thanks

I'm not seeing a creed picture. It can't be authenticated without one. Just in case you didn't know, this style has no relation to a Janice's Legacy. If authentic, it would be a legacy zip.
Remember to include seller ID in requests.

Seller teenytinytreasures23

Since the listing just ended (45 minutes ago), request a picture of the creed from the seller prior to her shipping it. The style is highly faked and it'll save the hassle of a dispute and return if you can avoid having it shipping should it turn out to be fake.

ETA: Never mind. I posted and saw that you added the picture.

The bag is authentic, made in 2011.
