Could you authenticate this for me? Much appreciated!

Item: Vintage Court purse
Obtained: second hand store years ago
Measurements: 9.5"W x 7.5"H x 3"W at base
Comments: I'm thinking it's possible this is not authentic because the first three digits of the serial don't follow the letter-number-letter format?

Thanks!

It's authentic. There is no rule that it has to be letter-number-letter. The third digit is the plant code, which can be a letter or a number. Whatever you are using for your guide, throw it out.

Please read the Salearea Guides, the link is posted at the top of these forums.

When a plant code is a letter instead of a number, the prefix isn't going to follow the "standard" format. How could it? There are almost NO unbreakable "rules" in Coaches, don't expect them. The bag is genuine.

As Whateve said, throw out whatever "guides" you're using. The Salearea Guides include the most accurate information we can find and hopefully none of the lies, misinformation and BS found in almost all the others.

Comments:

I found this seller on Carousell Singapore. She sells a ton of Coach bags are crazy cheap prices, and yet the photos look quite real (?)
There are also a lot of 5 star reviews, I dont know if the customers really know if it's authentic or it "feels authentic".

Giving this a BUMP. Two posters have commented but none of the listings have been looked at AFAIK.

Hello,

Could you authenticate this for me? Much appreciated!

Item: Cream Devon purse
Obtained: Bought on ebay
Measurements: 9"W x 7"H x 3"W at base
Comments: I didn't educate myself before purchasing, and am thinking now that it may be fake because it combines an older Creed and logo with a post 1994 serial number?
Post a link to the listing and the seller's name.
I already bought it and ebay won't let me view the old listing for some reason. Sorry
Is this the listing?

Unless it's been over 90 days, listings remain viewable. You can either find it in your purchases and click the purchased item or you can do as I did and search completed/sold listings.

The bag is authentic, made in 1994.
