  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Yikes! I don't know why your pictures inserted so many times!

I think the reason you may have been skipped is because you didn't include a link to the listing and the seller's Poshmark ID as required by the first post you quoted.

Some of us don't (generally) authenticate or recommend Poshmark as a safe venue for reasons that have been discussed ad nauseum.

In this case, I'm seeing a problem/inconsistency with the bag but without a link or other reference to the listing and seller, I can't comment further.

Please reread the post at the top of each page of this thread for the info we need.

And when posting photos, please DON'T select the INSERT ALL ... at the top of the posting box. Just select Thumbnail or Full Image ONCE for each photo or the photos will keep repeating. Don't use the INSERT ALL feature.

Once something is posted, it can be edited by the poster only for a short time. Only the Mods can fully delete a post.

Thanks very much again. Speaking of which, when it comes to the vintage Rambler bag, I am puzzled why there seems to be two sizes (and design changes) that Coach made. Did the bigger version come out first, then Coach decided to change the style and size but retained the name Rambler? I hope I can ask this question here? Apologies if I’m in the wrong forum.

First, one of the very important reasons that we require the seller's name to be actually posted in the request is so that it's Searchable here at tPF, which it WON'T be if it's only visible on the selling page. Being able to check a seller's history for previous problems and any history of selling fakes is critical to making a decision about whether or not to deal with that seller and it's part of the posting rules for this thread. It also allows someone asking about authenticity to see if the seller and/or the item has already been asked about to avoid multiple posts on the same item. Please don't leave it out, it's very important.

And as for searching the seller's history, let's use one of our "special cases", Gutsy Girls on Etsy as an example. Whe you use the quick Search and just look for "Gutsy Girls Etsy" as the Keywords, it brings up LOTS of useful information and makes interesting reading, please read it to understand what we're talking about:

and THAT'S why we want the seller name or ID to be Searchable.

We also want some other way fo finding the listing if the link, assuming you posted a link, isn't working, or to help us find the corect listing when Ebay so helpfully "redirects" a Completed listing to a totally unrelated listing.
