I’ve looked pretty extensively for a few days before finding this forum and I think I may have been given a knockoff. I’m posting pictures and would be very grateful for anyone’s help. Thank you! Where did you get it? Is there an online link? Seller?

Thanks  And that's for that bit of additional info, I'm still learning!
Hmm, I emailed support again with my evidence of inauthenticity, and got this message (below). It seems like they won't even listen to you if you aren't an "official authenticator." Which leads me to believe, why do you as a buyer even get the option to prove that something is inauthentic, if they're just going to ignore everything you say?

Their response:
Thank you for the email. After careful review, our team found that the details of this item are consistent with the Vintage Coach brand. As a result, we were forced to deny the return case. If you can provide us with proof from an authorized authenticator that this item is not authentic, we would be more than happy to further investigate.

We apologize for any inconveniences.

I know you guys here are very much "authorized authenticators." Is there anything I can send along showing "proof from an authorized authenticator"? Happy to put them in touch with one of yall. Its just such an obvious case that it has a "K3H" prefix. The bag wasn't that expensive, but I just really feel like I want to stick up for what is right...

I hate Poshmark!
You aren't the first person who has had a blatant fake deemed authentic by Poshmark and has had returns/refunds denied.

Maybe you can reason with them to Google "Coach K3H fake? authentic?"

If they refuse, there are several professional authentication companies, some of which are more recommended than others. Some claim to do Coach but several of which also don't know Coach well enough to authenticate accurately.

I've used Authenticate4U for Chanel, LV, Gucci, Fendi and Burb and I trust their accuracy because they use brand specialists. TBH, I've never used this company for Coach because I know the brand well enough to authenticate it myself, however because they're a company in which each of their authenticators is a specialist in her brand, I feel comfortable in recommending them.

They charge $7.50 and they provide a PDF document that you can submit to Poshmark. (IMO, poshmark should reimburse you for the cost since this is such an obvious fake that no one should have to spend money to prove it!)

You can contact A4U through their Facebook as they're faster to respond through social media. You'd then send the payment through Paypal and pictures either through facebook or their email.

Is it possible to refer the person who you've been communicating with here?

Neither listing has enough of the pictures we need to authenticate the bags.

Please refer to the post at the top of each page for the required pictures.

I am going to stay away from them from now on. I was communicating with Matthew.
Hopefully they will cover the cost of my authentication
UGH

Genuine, made in 1999

ETA - I've seen it before but never found a name for it. It may have been an Outlet exclusive, or maybe what Coach calls a pilot bag (nothing to do with airplanes).
