Hi all. May I ask where can I get someone or an organization or anything that can provide me with a black and white letter telling that the coach bag that i received from seller is fake.

I have asked authenticators here and go to the boutique and compare my bag with other and I believe that I received a fake bag.

Please someone advise me on this
Before recommending that you spend money on a professional authentication, I'd prefer that you post pictures and the information here to either confirm that you need it or verify authenticity.

If the bag was purchased on ebay and if it's fake (which we don't know yet), ebay doesn't usually require a letter in order to dispute the purchase.

See either post 1 page 1 of the thread or the first post at the top of the page for the information we need and post pictures here.

Please authenticate this Coach Leather Handbag, thank you.

It's genuine. Casino Bag from 1996.

I'm not sure if you're just Copying and Pasting your request statement into each post, but as I said before, the place of manufacture in a genuine bag is usually stamped right in the creed. There's no need for me to repeat what's already in the photos.

The two Salearea Guides on Creeds and on Serial Numbers also explain how to deconstruct a Coach serial number to find the year it was made, and the information in those guides covers at least 99 percent of all Coaches from 1994 to the present. Anyone who's involved with buying or selling Coach products should make a point of understanding Coach's date codes and where to find the year code and the style number in the serial number. Any serial that includes a letter of the alphabet and is from 1994 or newer should have a style number in the serial number.

Comments: Is this real? Found the link on FB and the creed looks suspicious. And on the tag, it says BPCAH but isn’t chalks code CHK?
You forgot the seller ID of the ebay listing you linked: misscooper18

I have several comments.

First, with regard to the listing you've asked about, the pictures in the listing aren't adequate for authentication purposes.

When you say you "found the link on FB," do you mean that this seller was selling the bag on Facebook and also included her ebay link? Or is it another seller with a similar looking bag?

Secondly, I'm not comfortable with misscooper18. I'm not sure which pictures in her listings are her own and which (if any) belong to other sellers. Listings have different backgrounds and different photographing styles so it's difficult to know if what you see will be what you get.

One example of a confusing (and misleading?) listing is this one. Is the buyer getting the red item or the tan well-used one that's a completely different style? Item specifics show 'red' as the color but I'm not sure!

If you're interested in that bag from that seller, refer to the first post at the top of each page of the authentication thread and/or post 1, page 1 of the thread for the pictures that are necessary.

Verify that the pictures are of the actual item.

Thank you so much. Someone in a Facebook group linked the eBay listing, and was also wondering if it was authentic. I will go back to post 1, and see if I can get more pictures. Thank you again!
