Would really appreciate your help. Fallen in love with British Tan color and new to vintage Coach and PurseForum!

Item: Coach Court Bag, British Tan
Listing number: unknown
Seller and site where listed: ohhhsopeachy, poshmark

Comments: photos attached. Creed states Hungary. There’s a circular stamp on it. Unsure if this is truly British tan and if there are grammatical spacing errors on the creed since words seem close together.

Thank you. I hope so too! Will share pics when it finally shows up.
Follow up to my earlier post:

Item: Prairie
Seller: TheVintageMints from Etsy
Link: https://www.etsy.com/transaction/1887584468
Comments: I finally received the last purchase from TheVintageMints! The code/creed matches the photos in the listing but I took an extra photo of the creed just in case. The FS stamp is a new discovery though. I thought it was a pen mark from the listing. Hope that doesn't mean anything terrible. The only off thing I discovered is that one side of the zipped compartment is colourless/undyed (?)

Seller: bestfindsllc on Etsy

Comments: I couldn't help myself. Hoping it's legit.

If Etsy seller TheVintagemints is honorable and if this was an "honest" mistake, she should be more than willing to offer profuse apologies and give a full refund. But considering the number of times her listings have been posted here, I'm not optimistic.

@BeenBurned thanks for the link. Will peruse this with horrified fascination.

This is embarrassing but I have a 3rd from her that is still stuck in customs. Since the other two are absolute duds, please authenticate this too:

This one looks good. When you get it, make sure it matches the pictures.

The first bag (Prairie) is authentic.

We can't open the Ridgefield listing as your links are to the purchase transaction. In the transaction, you need to click on the link to the bag to get the direct URL for the bag.

I found the listing:

It's fine.

I'm asking for help identifying this Coach "The Suede Collection" belt bag. I cannot find it anywhere online and it is new with tags. Looking for a style name if possible and year of production.

Did you buy it online? Is there a link to a listing? If so, please post.

The bag is fake. If you can, return and demand a refund.

I found at a thrift store. Why is it fake?
There's literally NOTHING right about it. (Well, actually, they did spell "Coach" correctly, but that's about it.)

  • It's not a coach style
  • There's no such thing as "The Suede Collection" and if there were, a not-suede bag wouldn't be in that collection
  • all paperwork, hangtag, dust bag and props are fake
  • The lining shown is only found on fakes
  • Paperwork is never attached to the bag with a ball chain
Honestly, there's nothing right and although they claim they're "charitable stores," it's illegal for thrift stores to sell fakes, knowingly or not.
