The first is really small. I know a lot of people like it and I thought I would too. All my stuff fit but it just looked too small, plus the strap isn't a good length. I don't have any city bags but they come in the biggest variety of colors. Also, most have straps that aren't a good length. It would be okay if you plan on using a novelty strap. The velo has a good strap length. The color bleu lavande is gorgeous. I looked through the Bal forum when I first got my club and only saw about 5 or 6 colors, none of which were amazing. If you are patient, you should be able to find what you want for a decent price. There is also a hobo bag which is like a day but with rounded bottom corners. I don't think they made that one very long either.

I think the hobo one is called besace ?
Yes I thought the first was small but I just fell for the colour...was a bit dissappointed but all the other just dont do anything for me...am watching a pale ice blue classic city at the moment but Im not getting excited about it so im going to wait for something else to come up and save a bit more.

There is a Besace. It has a longer strap drop. There is also a hobo that looks like a cross between the Club and the Day. It is curved on the bottom and maybe a little shorter than the Day. There is also a men's Day with a longer strap drop.

Wait until you find the one you love. I should listen to myself. I just bought another club because it was cheap.

1- genuine Pocket Purse, style 9755 from the late 1980s and from someone I'd consider a trusted seller. It's definitely not a City bag, it's too small.

2- genuine, mid 1980s, Large Madison Satchel 9765. The measurements are right in the copy of a catalog page posted in the seller's listing. The Large has a removeable strap, the standard size doesn't.

3- genuine Lunch Box Zip from 1996

4- genuine Logan Bag from 1992-93.
