There aren't enough pictures nor the right pictures to authenticate such a highly and well-faked style.

Additionally, the pictures shown were taken in a Coach outlet store. Request pictures of the bag she has in her possession, including those missing. (For the required pictures, see post 1, page 1 of this thread.)

I think I will hold off on this one as she is asking a high price. Thanks for the input!

Speaking of the retro Lindy bag, what colors did it come in? I have it in black but I’ve seen it also in red, green, yellow and now white. Is there a catalog picture for it? I searched online but couldn’t find anything on it (besides current listings of those selling them). I have to admit I am kind of in love with this bag and would one day like to add another color to my collection!

I don't have any catalog pictures I can post. The 50th Anniversary paper catalog lists the colors as black, coral pink, golden yellow, and peacock blue. White isn't listed in the one book I have but might be in a different book, or more colors could have been added after the catalog was published.

Thanks so much @Hyacinth! I guess red, green and white might have been added or in another book, like you said. Would love to see the pink and the blue surface one day and what they look like!

@CoachChris helped me to identify my Retro Lindy Bag 9003. She said that the 1991 Anniversary Catalog listed it for $162 and described the bag as "Gold plated steel frame with knob closure. 10x7x5." My bag is the Golden Yellow color; I have also seen it in Black and Peacock Blue but I had never seen the Coral Pink version until @Catbird9 just posted the photos above. The white Lindy bag was a surprise to me!

I found a picture of the "coral pink" and a few others.
