Hi all, I bought this Coach a while ago so I can't link to a listing. I'd like to sell it but I cannot find any info about this bag anywhere and want to make sure it's not a knockoff. It appears to be authentic but it's a Coach Leatherware era bag so the creed number doesn't match up to a specific style that I can find. Any help on authenticity and/or a style name would be greatly appreciated!

It's authentic but I can't ID it. When a vintage bag has a random serial number, you'll need to post measurements in order for those who know the style to ID it.

There are no problems with the hardware on any of your bags. Very early Coach bags didn't have solid brass hardware like was used in early NYC bags. The type of leather used was also different. The Bs on the sides of the kisslocks indicate the company Coach used to provide that hardware.
Thanks Whateve for the confirmation. Learn something new about Coach from this thread all the time. I do love those little bags, there's something special about them lasting this long and find their path to me. And I will have the peace of mind knowing they are genuine when I eventually pass them to somebody else. Your help is greatly appreciated.

If it measures about 9x7x3, it might be a Carlton Bag, style 4132 from the Soho, formerly Lightweight, line. It was probably made in late 1993 for the 1994 Spring season, but that's just a guess based on the color, which could be Ocean.

Dear Authenticators, please authenticate this eBay item , mainly the prairie bag, seller is :iknowclosets.
Thanks.

The Prairie Bag and large wallet are definitely ok, the cosmetic pouch and mini skinny seem ok too.

I think the large wallet is a style 6996 Bedford Combo Wallet Checkbook from around 2000-2001 but I'm not 100 percent sure about that.

Also thanks for the additional information. As a Coach vintage bags fan, I am so grateful we can count on the help from the authenticators in this forum each and every time.

Hi Everyone.
Can someone please reauthentic the bags I am selling. I get the feeling the buyer does not believe they are authentic as she can't google search the serial numbers. I had someone years ago authentic them before I bought them on here. I know they are not the best pictures of the serial numbers and the Patricia bag has a very worn tag but it is the best I could do.

Please refer the buyer here.

Note that it's worth whatever effort it takes to get clear creed pictures. The text and serial number MUST be legible! And especially in cases where buyers are questioning authenticity, they're even more important. (I realize in this case, she's also questioning the bags with random (pre-1994) serial numbers, clearly indicating that she needs to learn a bit more about Coach, but in all listings and for all buyers, you need to get good pictures.)

Please post a better picture of this creed. :

Thanks I tried, that is the best on the Patricia bag, I could get as the tag is very worn unfortunately.
I will try and get a better photo but due to the wear on it, it is hard to capture a very clear photo.
