Awesome, thank you for setting me straight! Haha I was getting nervous about a couple of the vintage pieces I'd picked up over the last few months. What a GREAT resource this forum and its members are!
You're welcome.
Also confused - are the grooves the 4 clippy looking things?
Here are two examples. The first is fake. Where the clips are bent over, you can see the back of the plate is dented in. The second is authentic. It is completely flat - no indentations.

I bought this a while back from tumbledeal.com. well, after stumbling on some reviews for the site I am very worried the bag I bought is fake. It doesn't look fake but as you awesome ladies have educated me, I can be very wrong.

If you need anymore pictures please let me know

It looks fine.

Whew!! Thank you! One of the rings looks like it may have been replaced because it has a place where it comes together and all of my other bags' rings do not have this.

Hmm, that's not right. The rings on mine have no breaks.

I ran to get a picture because I remember seeing this before.
My factory leather Zoe has this split ring on the ring that is attached to the straps, not the ring attached to the bag. I bought this from the Coach Factory Store and haven't replaced anything on it.

Thank you for posting! I was worried. I don't have the convertible Zoe so mine doesn't have the strap.
