Hi Authenticatior Ladies..please give me your expert opinion on this one in my possession. Everything checks out except the 2 (or 3) things that bother me. #1. the creed. The letters on the end, all the way down appears to be double struck. I thought at first just my camera, but with magnifier, it is definitely double struck. Second, the serial numbers are thicker than my black Willis of same year & plant..but not same month. Possible 3rd is the leather on the front, under the flap. Normal stirations in the leather or the dreaded 'elephant skin'?!? Any help will be very much appreciated! TIA!

The creed is double stamped but that's not a problem.

The serial number seems to have the same font and spacing as 2 photos I have with G and H month codes. The font toward the right side looks slightly thicker but that could just be due to how stamping pressure was applied, I don't think there's a problem. The marks on the leather aren't a problem either.

Hello authenticators! I have been following some of the Coach threads and I am fascinated by vintage Coach. I found this at Goodwill, but did not buy it. I wanted to see if with this pics I took at the store it can be authenticated. The creed did not have country of origin, which I have never seen. It looks like stewardess but taller and with a shorter strap. Leather seemed a bit thin, and the bag has feet:
:ty: If authentic, I'll go back and get it:p

Good evening~
I waited a long time for these and after all that I'm afraid that 3 out of 4 (in my humble opinion) might be fakes? Please confirm or not so I can back up my claim with the seller.
Thank you!
seller: kidscloset620

1. Black bucket hobo
2. Brown turn lock

(two more to follow from same listing)

3. bone purse
4. black zip top

Thank you as always!
What a shame! Only the first (black one) is authentic. The brown one has grooves in the turnlock, invalid font, invalid wording for 1994, the wrong style number, totally messed up creed. The bone one has a too short pocket zipper with a frame around it, invalid creed number format, the pocket has no edging, the zipper pull ring is the wrong shape and size. The black one has the always fake J8Y prefix.

It is an authentic stewardess but not the classic glove-tanned version. It is a recent bag but this version is no longer on Coach.com. Many newer creeds don't state the country of origin.

thank you whateve! I thought the "limited edition" on the creed was a bit strange too. This is dinner time for us, but I told my hubby I forgot a few things at the grocery store, which is true, so while he makes salads, I'll go out and get the groceries I forgot, and this baby. Good thing stores are close by:D

Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate your time and expertise!!!
