Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item
• Back of item
• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I saw your post but with 2 of the 5 pictures in the listing being (stolen) stock images and the other pictures not being adequate for an authentication, I couldn't help.

I believe it is fake.

I agree, it's definitely fake. The font for the serial number is wrong, and so is the wording of the creed. It's not a 1994 H plant bag which never would have had silver-color hardware nor would it have been made in China. The wording of the creed is also wrong. And it's not a 2004 serial with an incomplete year code because the H plant had been closed for years by that time. There are other problems with the bag's construction but those are the most important ones.

Authenticate please! I did ask for (and received) photos of the creed and little white model number tag, but of course can’t figure out how to copy/paste them here (hooray for new phones...). I’m not seeing anything in those photos or the listing that makes me skeptical, but would appreciate a more knowledgeable opinion. Thanks!

It looks good.

I've never understood why sellers don't show enough pictures in the listing to both help buyers make educated purchased but also, to add credibility to their own listings by showing that they're willing and able to show the item they have in their possession!

If you buy it, you might offer the seller constructive criticism (and advice for better listings) by suggesting she take advantage of up to 12 pictures that ebay allows her to upload to her listings free of charge! Plus, it saves buyers from having to request them and the seller from having to keep responding to questions from buyers.
