In this case, unless you're given a hard time about returning for a refund, I probably wouldn't give any feedback at all for a couple of reasons.

1. Whether you decide to leave feedback or not is your decision but until you return it and get a refund, it's unlikely that he'll relist before getting it back. (Doing so, he'd risk reselling to another buyer before getting yours back.) So feedback before the return isn't really going to help other buyers.
2. While there are questionable aspects to this seller and the items, it's uncertain whether the item is confirmed as fake. So what would the feedback say? (This is assuming that @whateve isn't 100% sure it's fake but is questioning the chain.)

I do agree that the return request is a good idea in this case.

He still has another listing of the Daypack using the other seller's picture, that's the one I thought I could someone else think about before purchasing, but it is OK I can wait to see how the refund goes then decide about feedback.
Since this started I found other listings with Daypacks (none of the Waverly), some new and some used, they all have the bigger ring and the other type of chain. You taught me that Coach has done things differently with their products, and is difficult to determine at times if fake or not, this could be one of those times, but I can tell you for sure as I could see up close and touch the charms, the ones with the bigger ring are smoother metal and have more shine than the others. Different from sure, fake....(?).

Did you take any pictures of the back of the daypack? The strap detail might be different. I could compare it with mine.

No sorry, I didn't I only took the pictures I posted here. I already have the package sealed ready to be shipped back, not that he has responded yet.

Edited: I opened the package again, it will be worth it if it helps for authenticity purpose.

It looks good to me.

tomorrow I'll take pictures of mine and do side by side comparisons.
Hmm, I compared my pictures of the station bag and the links are considerably thicker (on mine) and the keyring looks more substantial.

I'm curious to see whateve's comps because I don't have the daypack to compare but although the bag looks good (to me), I do see the other differences you've noted.

I went back to look at stevan01 's listings and all are sketchy!

Every listing uses either all stolen or a mix of stolen pictures plus his own. And in all listings (daypack, station, waverly), his own pictures show chain links with "curls." (I can't think of another way to describe them.) All have a weird large ring connecting the chain to the bag.

I'm curious to see @whateve's side by sides but in looking at the other seller's listing (whose pictures stevan01 stole), the bag charm looks good. And the few other listings I looked at all have thicker chains but the bags match.

It looks like on all the listings, the bags may have been missing the chains and jump ring and they were replaced with thinner replacements.

I went a little crazy today and bought without having a chance to get stuff authenticated first. If someone could have a look at this dude, I'd appreciate it. It was half off so hopefully not too big a hit if it's fake. Thanks!

Sorry about the bad photos, the creed is so faded it's nearly impossible to read. I tried the eyeshadow trick and note to self: don't use shimmer eyeshadow. It does seem to say 'made in Hungary.'

Item: Station bag?
Seller: local thrift store
