May I please request an authentication of this (suspender?) bag in my possession? I bought it off of Craigslist today. It measures 11.5W x 2W x 9H, approximately. I'm not comfortable with the zipper pull used on this bag and with the seam over the inside pocket. I think it's fake. Thank you.
Wow woman! You hit the jackpot!!

I'm posting this here as well as on the Poshmark thread on the Ebay subforum.

Because I've been pretty transparent and open in my contempt toward Poshmark for what I believe are good reasons, here's another reason to avoid the site.

I got this message from Lifelock and it included my main email address which was hacked:

I am glad you mentioned this as I googled it after reading your post, and apparently they sent notices on 8/1 of a breach, but I never received anything. I hardly use the site, have no closet, etc, and when I went to sign in today I couldn't. I changed my password, went in, and it said my password was changed on Sept 19. Not by me, though. so I did an additional reset, and looked over my account and nothing seems to be happening so I guess all is okay. But that is super annoying. I would just delete the account but I am waiting on a chargeback on my credit card that involves them, so I will wait for that to complete first.

I got lucky! I bought a batch of 20 bags from an estate sale and these three were in the lot. I got some fakes for sure...unless Coach made a Willis in India, released a Courier without a serial number, and put a ranch bag strap on a stewardess...but I got some good ones too. I have to post pics of some of the others tonight when I get home from work. I'm just relieved these three turned out to be ok! But no more estate sales for me, I can't handle the stress.

I never got a notice either, but on Sept 18 I tried to sign in and my usual password mysteriously didn't work. I had to reset it.

I don't know whether someone changed passwords on your accounts, if it's Poshmark requiring it or if it's a combination of the options. As I understand, they are requiring everyone to change passwords as a precautionary measure in the event a hacker did get into their accounts.

Yeah, I hope it was just a Posh reset on that day, but it is odd that it says, your password was changed, was it you? And then it has you do the lock and reset. The news item on my list could have said they reset it on that day to make it less suspicious. Oh well...

All of those are possible. You should get those authenticated too.

I would like to get and opinion if this bag is authentic please. It is in my possession. The back says Coach New York but there is a made in China tag. The owner told me it is vintage. I sell on consignment. Thank you for your time.
