I can't recall having seen clothing items made in Portugal but there's nothing about the jacket that indicates that it's anything but authentic! It looks like a great find!

I'm not comfortable with it.
1. The style number (if I'm reading it correctly) as well as the creed text is for a twill bag that looks like this:

Your bag isn't twill and shouldn't have that lining.
2. The construction of the bag looks correct for either 10078 or another similar style. This is 10078:


3. Please post a picture of the open bag so I can see that the creed, lining and bag shown are all in the same item.

4. Bottom line is that I don't know if it's a mistake or if it's a fake (at this point).

Again, OTHER OPINIONS ARE WELCOME.

ETA: Are you sure you're showing pictures from the same bag?
