Hi ladies, can you authenticate this (possible) Ergo Hobo for me when you get a chance? The creed stamp is really difficult to read so I requested a clearer version.

THANK YOU!

Item: "Vintage Leather Coach Handbag" which looks like a Legacy Ergo Hobo to me
Seller: incjet123
Listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/333282308763
It's fine. I can't read the creed well but I think it's from 2006.

Hello,
I purchased this bag from poshmark. My research shows that is a Beaumont Satchel Doctor's bag. I have cleaned it up. Could you let me know if it is authentic and if I have the name correct?

Thank you. View attachment 4507492 View attachment 4507493 View attachment 4507494 View attachment 4507495 View attachment 4507496 View attachment 4507492 View attachment 4507493 View attachment 4507493 View attachment 4507494 View attachment 4507495 View attachment 4507496

Authentic, and it's just a Beaumont Satchel. Coach never used "Doctor" in that style's name or in the official name of any bag after about 1980 as far as I remember, although it's often described as a "Doctor-style" bag. It was made in 1998.

Comments: This screams FAKE to me but wanted your valued opinion! Thank you so much in advance!

Yes, it's fake. Any time you see the Coach name stamped on the zipper pulls of a classic or vintage bag, that's a big red flag. That and the fake "Quality Control" tag in butchered Enlish are always signs of a Korean fake and that's backed up by the phony creed and the too-short serial number without the "No" abbreviation in front of it. One unbreakable "Rule" is that Coach has NEVER made handbags (or wallets or briefcases) in Korea although they did make a few clothing items and luggage pieces that may have been samples. All Korea creeds should be asked about here and assumed to be fake unless we determine otherwise..

Thank you so much Hyacinth! Your knowledge is greatly appreciated :)

Hi! I bought this at an estate sale yesterday (for $10)!!! Thought it was a fake because of the added on serial number but after some research I have a hunch it’s a 70s basic bag. Please let me know what you think experts. Thank you!
