Hello! I bought this bag at a thrift store around 2 years ago for $10. Smelled like cigarettes! Could anyone authenticate it? From what I've searched online, the bag that comes closest to this design is the City Bag.

I actually have a some concerns on 3 others of NengHetty 's listings on RubyLane ( Ruby Lane ).

Creed looks off for 1997 H plant:

Font doesn't look right for 2000 D plant and the grommets on the strap are silver.

I think you're right on all three. They all look fake.

I agree, all 3 are fake.
AVOID RubyLane seller NengHetty.

ETA: Found on their terms page. I think this would apply to counterfeit items:
"Items that cannot be legally sold or traded cannot be listed and if listed will be subject to immediate removal by Ruby Lane"

They leave it pretty vague though, don't they? I imagine quite a few non-professional sellers don't understand anti-counterfeiting laws. And how, and by whom, can fakes be reported? Who do they listen to, and who do they ignore?

Question my friends...how would you rate Etsy as a place to get coach bags...yes am paying a bit more of a premium but I dont do ebay and dont see them on NZ Trademe much.

Edit...Checked trademe properly..most Etsy dont have postage to NZ. Think I will leave it anyway...cost are too high.

I don't get all warm and fuzzy when I think about Etsy. While I'm sure there are some honest sellers there, there are too many dishonest ones, some who have been banned from ebay and other sites. They go to Etsy because they know Etsy doesn't respond to reports of fakes. (As with Poshmark, I've never seen a single fake I've reported over the years removed.)

Thank you...
Edited my original post...now I can see the coach bags properly on trademe...for some reason did not show me all available.
Looks like most on Etsy are rehabbed and at a premium anyway.

Hello... Can anyone help me determine whether this bag is fake or not? It belongs to a friend, and she is thinking of selling it. And if it's authentic, how much she should be looking for, value-wise? (am I allowed to ask that? Pls ignore if this is against the rules).

Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated! received_2350863068296532.jpeg received_438180040111709.jpeg received_375766356457109.jpeg received_471371593664732.jpeg received_337983513809818.jpeg received_2461776554148954.jpeg received_1213718015481542.jpeg received_1131958743641280.jpeg received_630300227481458.jpeg
