It's fake. The serial prefix is J6D- but it's using the wrong font for any "Coach" made in the D plant any time in 1996. The strap grommets look silvery, and it's also really hard to be sure but it looks like there are indentations on the back of the turnlock. Even in photos the leather doesn't look right either, that was the first thing that caught my eye.
Thank you so much! Just as I thought. And you're absolutely right, the grommets are silver.

Hi, can you Please authenticate this green court bag. Thank you
Item: court bag
Color: green
Link: https://posh.mk/aikevFshIX
Seller: poshmark
Thank you so much for all your help.

What the seller seems to be calling a Zip Tag in the description and must be the metal Coach tag in the last picture isn't original to the bag and wasn't attached anywhere by Coach. I don't even think it's genuine.

The bag itself IS genuine, but I think the actual color is going to be closer to the darker green in the second photo.

I was having trouble with one goodwill not shipping my order well after the 5 (or 7 days) this location claimed to send orders out in. And then they just stopped responding to my messages , so I contacted [email protected]. I wasn't really sure if it would do any good, but it was either that or rage-drive to Detroit and rampage (or contact my credit card, but where's the fun in that?). Oh boy, did they got ahold of the warehouse manager REAL quick!

Ive only done this once, so your mileage may vary, but its worth a shot, and at the very least they are made aware of the lack of customer service at some locations.

If you click on the shopgoodwill.com icon (the rainbow-ish one) of any page in the upper left corner, it will take you to the front page, and at the bottom right of that page is a contact support option. Good Luck!
They've sent me a return shipping label via FedEx, but they want to give me the "we will have to have it RE-authenticated by our EXPERTS" line. My response was quick to let them know it wouldn't do any good to send it back through Entrupy if they are the ones that did it the first time and attached a copy of some of the many reasons it's not a dependable service. I also told them they should let the powers that be know how much time and money is wasted. Between shipping being refunded, paying for return shipping and paying for the "service", they could save a ton of money, not to mention the hassle unhappy customers can make, if they just had a more reliable way of getting their stuff authenticated. I may copy my conversations and send them to that email.

Thanks for the info!
Randi
I hear you! I had to ban my from looking and bidding late at night, from a 7 inch tablet.

Well Lake, it sounds like your eyes are almost as old as mine!

Don't you mean
"Authenticate

DOT com"?

As with so many other things on these forums, we keep reminding posters to do a forum search before asking questions that might already have been answered. If you had done that, you wouldn't have found ANYTHING, because they've been Blocked from these forums for various reasons, that's why even their typed name is blocked. There have been complaints posted here about their service and they tried to cause problems and then wanted all references to them removed. Here's just one post, notice how the poster had to spell the company;s name just to avoid the block

I do not recommend them, and many of their customers who are members here and have posted about them don't either.

Yes ma'am! That is exactly the one I was talking about. I figured they were no better than "EntCrApy"! Seems like GW can't find any trustworthy service, if one even exists. Thanks for all you do!

Nope, you're right. That hang tag is from a fake.

Good evening! I'm hoping someone can authenticate this bag. I purchased it through ThredUp, so I don't have a link to share, but I do have pictures and dimensions:
Approximately 7"x9"

There should be a way to post a link to the listing from which you purchased.

I can't search "sold" items but your records should have a link to it.

It looks like a genuine court bag but only the creed is large enough to see. Other pictures are too small.

In some reason, my response comes up as a part of BeenBurned's response...
I think this is where you did your typing.
I think what happened is that when you quoted me, you did your typing WITHIN my quote -- BEFORE the [/quote] (end quote).

As an example, I'll type something in red the way I think you did it and made that error.
