^^^^^^^^

It's fine. It is part of the Lightweights collection from the late 80s, early 90s. Looks like there is a lot of good stuff at that store!

Thanks! Yeah, I have seen quite a few vintage coach bags today. A saddle bag and trail bag in either BT or tabac, and a saddle bag in navy, but they want a little much for them from my perspective.
I hit the quote button and then forget to insert them I’m my post

Item: Authentic coach pebble leather crossbody
Listing number: I dont see one
Seller: veroindenim
Link: https://poshmark.com/listing/Authentic-Coach-pebble-Leather-Crossbody-5c717ce9bb7615dc4dfd343b
Comments: Seller states the creed number is M1394-2242LM. I love it so I bought it for a really cheap price ($15 plus $5 shipping)

Genuine. The second half of the serial number is actually 22421M, the M indicates it was specially made for one of Coach's retail partners, possibly Macy's, who may have had the exclusive to the pebbled leather version since the standard version was just smooth leather. The name of the smooth leather version was Poppy Leather Perri Hippie so add "pebbled" in front of the word "leather" and that's probably as good a guess of its name as I can think of.

Hi Madam Authenticator,

Hi.
Could you pls help me to authenticate this bag. Hoping for reply. Thank you so much

Name of the bag: i dont know
Seller: one of the shop on facebook
Strap is not the original strap
It's not necessary to repost, especially when a request is made in the middle of the night.

Please be patient and allow 12-24 hours for a reply if a post is missed. Keep in mind that we volunteer here in our own free time and between family, jobs, obligations, and every day life, we can't always answer immediately. Sometimes the person who may know a particular style may not be online at the time of your post or she may have to research (and invest more of her own time) to give you accurate advice. That is what you want, right?

ETA: It's probably fine, though as you said, the strap isn't original to the bag. (YKK or whatever zipper brand is on the bag is irrelevant.)

If the facebook link is still viewable, please include.

Hello!
I purchased several bags off of Poshmark & Mercari while sleep-shopping (the more expensive form of sleep-walking). I was able to figure out that 2 were fakes thanks to this incredible forum, but I’m still unsure of 3 of them - I’d much appreciate your help with any of them, as I realize 3 is a big ask! FWIW, as someone who used to work in shoe repairs, I am confident they are all actually leather.
