I brought it from Winners for a really good price. But after hearing that Winners might unknowing sell fake items, I thought I would get it authenticated here for a peace of mind. Thanks.

The watch is authentic. Coach watches are made by Movado and are of excellent quality.

Winners is a TJX company (the Canadian version of TJ Maxx) and they do sell Coach and luxury designer jewelry including Ferragamo, Gucci, etc.

There are cases where dishonest customers have done switcheroos at Marshall's, TJ's, Winners and other discounters but it's more likely to happen in the handbags and accessories department. Jewelry items have to be returned to the jewelry department and those employees are better trained to know and recognize their own merchandise.

Again, in your case, the watch pictured is genuine.
