BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Personally I much prefer how thick and sturdy-feeling the leather of my pocket purse feels. When I pulled the convertible clutch out (of a Priority Mail flat rate envelope, which is another of my ebay pet peeves: poorly packaged items! But that's for a different thread) I was crestfallen because it just felt.. flimsier? than I was expecting. But, c'est la vie, and now I have a new vintage bag in fairly good condition! Can't complain I guess. :smile1:

I wouldn't buy from either one. I doubt if either seller is using their own photos.

Seller ORLEANH has stolen pictures watermarked by another seller, "rachelwrxgirl" so there's a good chance her photos of the bag you're interested in were also stolen.

Seller DREAMLINER2008 has several Coach items in Current and Completed, all with completely different photographic styles and backgrounds including one stolen right from Coach and where the lying seller also claims " Item in picture is actual item" WHICH IT ISN'T.

Thank you for some incredible sleuthing and a recommendation that I'm sure will save me a lot of headache and angst! Like I said, I've bought and sold a bit on eBay but have grown more wary over the years and much as I want this bag things just seemed off to me.

I don't trust ORLEANH (on ebay), DREAMLINER2008 (on ebay) or DREAMLINER (on Bonanza). Although they show different item locations, they are all the same person.

According to TinEye, the photos are apparently as phony as the seller. The TinEye link will only be active for a short time, maybe 3 days. The facial features are very similar though, same mouth, same eyebrows.

So we can't believe either of the seller's photos either. Is there anything about either one that CAN be trusted, I wonder? Other than the fact that the bags in the photos are NOT the ones "we" will be receiving?
