Both are authentic.

I'm not feeling the love of this bag.
  • I've never seen X as a US factory
  • The serial number resembles that we see on K3H fakes.
  • If fake, fake outlet stamp?
Opinions?

I believe we discussed X as a US factory awhile ago. X is valid for a US factory on certain bags from 1997-2000. In 2002 and 2003, I have it as the Dominican Republic. Since this has a 2003 year code, I'm not feeling love either. I wish I could see some detail that would prove it was fake, like a clear picture of the zipper pull. I wouldn't feel comfortable reporting. The hardware looks right.

I think it does say Dominican Republic.

lol, I think you're right! I can see the D. I didn't read the creed because I assumed from BB's post it said US.
LOL! I couldn't read the creed but saw "the" and my brain finished it as United States. (I am more familiar with DR X creeds.)

ETA: Does that serial number look similar to the K3H ones?
