Ha! Found out what she means by "membership". She just means she has access to shop the Coachoutlet.com [emoji23] View attachment 4252664

Oh for Pete's sake - I guess that makes her the very most special snowflake that ever lived! And of course, all the knowledge of every Coach ever made and every detail of their design are automatically imbedded in the brains of every member of this Triple Super Secret Society just as soon as they're accepted and allowed through the Sacred Portals (along with thousands of other shoppers with valid credit cards!)! How foolish of me to not remember! The same thing happened to me in, when was it, 2012? when I was honored by being accepted into the same secret and holy Society Of The Most Generous, Blessed and Beneficient Coach Factory Online Outlet Shoppers! So THAT'S where all my knowledge came from. And here I thought it was all due to hard work, strong organizational skills and an obsession with details - silly me!

Like I said earlier, never hesitate to call out someone who claims to have special knowledge and to ask for visual proof, it doesn't take long for them to show how pathetically little they actually know.

The Force may be merciful, but I'm NOT.

Hi.
Good day!
Can you please help me authenticate this sling bag, I'm a bit confused on the serial number in the Creed. Cause it is written us No. instead of No with an underline.
Thank you.

Genuine, made in 2013. It's from the Kyra line and very similar to a Kyra Signature File Bag I once owned but with a slightly different style number.

The dot instead of a hyphen isn't a problem, other bags from the same plant and year have the same variation, like this one:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Brow...50/183228726593?hash=item2aa9487d41:rk:1:pf:0

There doesn't seem to be a hangtag, and it originally would also have had a plastic Daisy charm on the hangtag chain or a separate chain.

If the pictures you've posted are of the bag you received, it looks fine to me but had you asked prior to purchase, I would have responded that any and EVERY seller should ALWAYS show multiple pictures of the bag in the seller's possession.

Not only does a stock photo tell us nothing about the bag you'll receive, the use of someone else's copyrighted images isn't something an honest seller should do.

And with bags as closely faked as Swaggers are, you should never buy with just a stock photo.
I see, i will note your suggest, thankfully, i found same kind of bag on youtube that someone posted (she bought at coach outlet) and i compared every side of the bag (creed, tag etc) and the bag have all the similarity with the authentic one as on youtube

Thank you

Good morning,

I keep seeing this bag pop-up on eBay - I have many doubts about its authenticity AND quality.

Seller: Sailbidz
Item: Coach Bag

Yep, it's a total fake, nothing including the fake "overstamping " lines above and below the serial number digits are correct, and the only place you'll ever see that particular serial number font is in fakes. The number itself is hard to read but looks like there's at least one "Z" in the first half.

Do NOT buy from seller " Sailbidz " !!!

I have never seen or heard of a “Sidepack” style. Perhaps you can shed some light? Does this mean there is a small and large version out there? Also, and I admit that I have an incomplete understnading of registration numbers but do know that in and of themselves, there ismeaning. Hyacinth, if you are reading this, I swear I have read your ebay articles, but they are packed withinfo ( God bless you, Mrs. Bucket, for all you do to educate). If you are not Hyacinth, please know I appreciate your time - really everyone.

It's an authentic sidepack, made in 1996. I don't have a catalog page for this or for the small version so I can't be sure of the name, but I've never heard it called medium nor do I think there is a large version. The small version is 9978, and looks similar: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr....H0.Xcoach+9978.TRS0&_nkw=coach+9978&_sacat=0

This one is the "standard" Sidepack, it also came in a Small version. Coach hardly ever does 3 different size versions of the same style, but it has happened.

Genuine, made in 1996, and the seller is a tPF member who is also an expert on vintage Coach, and has never been known to list a fake, so you're very safe buying from her.

BTW, if the link(s) you post include photos of the bag it's not neccessary to copy and post them. The listing photos will be enough as long as the listing isn't about to disappear (which sometimes will happen with fakes once we report them).

Here's the catalog page from late 1995 showing both Sidepacks, click on the thumbnail to enlarge:

Hi! thanks for replying. I didnt acquire at any online seller or boutique/shop. I got it at what I can best describe as a garage sale (or house clearence auction) as i think the word doesnt have a direct traduction to english.
I cant provide any link because i dont have one. It is not from a seller. I dont have any information on the bag apart from the one present in itself. It seems to be Coach as that the brand on it.
Thank you so much for your help!!

That's fine. Next time just mention where you bought it - garage sale, thrift store, etc. If it is online, then we need specifics and links.
It's an authentic Devon bag made in 1995.
