So I bought this Stewardess from Craigslist and just wanted to post better photos for a reconfirmation. The leather is thinner and not as heavy as another Stewardess I had (from the 90's I think) and surprise-- it's navy not black. The weirdest thing is the front patch pocket was sewn on crooked. Everything else seems ok-- brass rivets, flat brass back to turn lock hole cover, zipper on pocket goes all the way across. Can't remember if the Solid Brass USA stamp on the back of the buckle is good or bad. Funny the bottom of the bag has a leather piece glued in for reinforcement which I think is typical, but the suede side is out which I think is not typical-- at least of other bags. I guess the lack of any serial number is what makes me most apprehensive-- and the crooked pocket. Thanks in advance for reassuring me-- I'm not usually such a worrier!

Hi there-- Could someone please authenticate this CL bag for me? It looks like a Stewardess with a NYC creed but no sign of a serial number (stamped or glued on).

Genuine. I don't know if it was ever called a "Sarah" but the name isn't in my files.

I know, authenticate BEFORE I buy! But, I tripped across this one today and fell in love with it. I hope it's authentic! If it is authentic, does anyone know what it's called?

Thanks!
