They're all genuine, and the names are correct although the name Willis was never used for the Post Pouch.
Thank you very much Hyacinth!! That is a relief to know. And that was me throwing in the Willis as a question mark. Thanks for clarifying for me.

A quick question. What feature constitutes a Willis bag? I thought it was that bar across the top?

A Willis is just a single style, 9927. "Willis family" seems to be open to different interpretations although usually it refers to bags with dowels. It doesn't seem to have ever been an official line name and was never AFAIK used by Coach in combination with another style name.

A lot of sellers confuse matters by throwing it in their listing titles to increase their search hits, even for bags that have no Willis connections at all..

Comments: I know it's neither truly vintage or a Willis but I like that it's a rare style and the Court Bag is my favorite style. I would love to find it a home in my collection, if it's genuine.

Thank you!

Comments: Any estimates as to the year it may have been made? I'm looking for a late 70's bag as a gift for myself for my late 70's bday.

Thank you!
Nice! It was probably made mid 70s, before Coach started using numbers.

It's not a court. It is extremely rare. I have a note in my files - only seen once! I guess now I can say twice. It is authentic in my opinion. It indicates it was made in the A plant, so either that is a mistake or it was made in NYC.

I apologize, I pushed submit by mistake and my post did not come out correctly. Looking to find out if this bag is legit, I found it at a thrift store for cheap, serial number I believe says L8C 9076, it almost seems real but the tag is on the inside zipper, can't seem to find this bag, a legacy flap I think with inside pics of zipper.
