Regarding the second one, BASEBALL GLOVE LEATHER BRIEFCASE BAG, it is a Carrier Bag but NOT from the 1970s. It was made in the early 1990s.

It might be faded and the color would change if it was washed and conditioned. There was a sage green but it was much lighter than this. I think this is some version of brown, maybe mocha.

I'd avoid that seller. With 86% feedback and 11 negative feedback within the last year, it's not a seller I'd buy from.

In fact, the seller received a negative feedback from a buyer after the bag was deemed as fake here.

Check out this one! No "Coach" in the title, completely illegible creed but what's there is enough to know it's fake! See the uncentered stamping.

And LOVELEATHERS relisted and resold the fake Willis that was reported and removed in July and for which she received a negative feedback!

The seller's Ebay Feedback leaves a lot to be desired. They're also mentioned as relisting a fake Willis that had apparently been returned by the buyer after confirming that it was fake, and then THE ORIGINAL SELLER RELISTED THE FAKE

And the "Willis" WAS CONFIRMED FAKE BY THE COACH EXPERTS AT THE EBAY BOARD. I agree completely with their comments.

I do NOT recommend buying from this seller " loveleathers " and will NOT authenticate a seller who fights DESERVED negative Feedback by accusing her buyer of being a bully - "We have reported this company, They don't like us selling Coach (such BULLIES)"

I wouldn't trust that seller as far as I could throw them.

That bag was made during a period from 2014 - 2016 when Coach stopped putting some of the information and serial numbers on creeds and instead included a white tag with the production info. Usually this tag is well-hidden deep inside the zipper pocket or somewhere in the bag. It can take several attempts to find it! But it's needed for authentications.

Thank you for your time and for the info on the blue Madison, I'll ask the seller to locate the tag and provide pics. I feel like I'm really learning something in this thread, I'm already noticing the fakes from the potential real bags :smile:

Above are the pics of the Brown Madison Legacy Creed. They are so hard to read, is it suspicious that Coach would print the creed on the textured leather like that? Bag is gorgeous though, the auction ends soon and I'd love to get it authenticated so I can bid!
