  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Item: Station Bag

Comments: Purchased this item the other day, taking a chance that it was authentic, although I have never seen that serial number before and my attempts at searching for a similar one have been inconclusive. I would appreciate it if you could authenticate it. Thank you in advance.

Seller: Bought in person
Comments: I purchased this one also taking a chance. I have never seen a Coach bag in this style. Creed inside says made in Italy which got me thinking maybe Sonoma or Madison line? No serial number, but I know that the Italian bags sometimes don't always follow the "rules." Please authenticate and if possible let me know the style. Thank you in advance.

It's authentic. It's from the Sheridan collection.
ETA: 4209 Sheridan Richmond.

Item: Coach duffle sac 9085 black leather
Original ebay listing: 192614037114

My concerns with this bag are the strap and the bottom. I received it today and was surprised at the difference in length of the strap on this bag and the strap on another 9085 in red. Also the bottom is shiny--usually these bags are marked on the bottom after 20 years. The seller has been very cooperative with this and has a return policy. I want to make sure that the duffle sac either did or didn't come with a strap this size and that the shiny bottom is just a variation. Thank you all so much. You are correct to be concerned. The bag is fake.

Everything you're concerned about is correct. You didn't mention it but the bag also has an invalid prefix. The creed states US made but S is a plant code for China and wasn't in operation in 1995, the year that bag claims to have been made.

If the seller wants the bag back, she should send you a prepaid shipping label. You shouldn't be out any money.
