Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Hello! Please authenticate this Swagger 27 for me. Looks just fine to me EXCEPT upon arrival I noticed the Coach plate in front is upside down. :sad: Did I get a random error bag, or is it not genuine? I'm happy to post any other requested pics- just let me know what is needed. Thank you!

I recall a couple of years ago that someone posted a similar mistake. I'll see if I can find the post.

While I think the bag seems okay, I'd return it. If you're like I am, you might try to sell it when you replace or get tired of it. IMO, trying to explain to a buyer that Coach made a mistake is a hassle I wouldn't want to deal with.

It was on a batch of Madison Sophias if I recall. I remember seeing them at the outlet. There were several, which seems more likely than just seeing one.

Hello! Can any of you ladies tell me what this is?im trying to upload pics now, but not sure im doing it right.. i bought this on poshmark, but now i have a sinking feeling its not authenticplease tell me im wrong. And if so, whats the name of this bag. Thankyou so much! Y'all have really been a big help to me. The dimensions are 10"w,sides measure about 2 1/2", 7"h and an unadjustable strap drop of about 22"
