They'd sometimes use one or maybe 2 Perfume Bottle charms on a Multi-type keychain but the charms' details are different. And they hardly ever did a multi-disc style with all identical charms of ANY kind although there may be a few exceptions.

Style 92161, BCA 2007 Breast Cancer Mix Keyfob, with 2 different Perfume Bottle charms:

I guess I knew that they didn't make keychains with identical charms except for those few that have more than 5 charms. And I knew about that perfume bottle keyfob and the single 3-d perfume bottle keyfob. What made me hesitate was that I had seen a pattern similar to that on a scarf, but I'm sure it was pink.

Yep, AFAIK the older Perfume Bottle accent colors were always pink or red. Coach usually shies away from all-black metal keychains, whether in that disc style or BCA designs or almost anything else. Maybe the color is just too associated with mourning in the US but you don't see much of it at least in keychains. There's more now, maybe because of the popularity of the darkened metal hardware colors on handbags.
