I didn't report it because I didn't find the report button! Or I would have.

She did respond nicely with a similar response to what she told Flushpuppy.

I appreciate that she ended the listing, very much UNLIKE GutsyGirls who knows her items are fake, has had them removed multiple times from ebay, was ultimately disallowed by ebay from listing Coach and now peddles them on Etsy, mixed in with authentic items.

Yeah, she wasn't too mean about it. And I don't see any other Coach bags in her shop. Maybe she honestly just didn't know any better. Though she should have.

I like some of the ugly bags too! Several of them are cuter in wristlet size.

I kind of like the fringe! I love the tweed, wool and mohair bags too, just not when they mix it with signature.

This is the tackiest thing Coach has ever made. The first time I saw one, I was sure it was fake.

I own this fur trimmed bag that other people think is hideous. It was only $25 shipped, down from the original price of $368. I carry it once or twice a year. It is so soft and squishy and lightweight. Not only is there super soft fur, there is squishy nylon quilting, pewter hardware, turnlocks and lacing. You can't see in the picture but the back of the strap is silver metallic and there are snapheads on the sides. There is a little bow at the back at the end of the lacing and suede backing behind the turnlocks.

Tim Gunn would say there are too many ideas but I love it! I think I even like that nearly everyone thinks it is tacky.

LOL!! It is so tacky it has gone into the zone called Kitsch!

It's way down toward the bottom of the page. There's no category for "counterfeit" so you have to select "doesn't meet Etsy's guidelines" or something like that.

I STILL want to report that rhinestone monstrosity any time I see one listed, it's worse than 90 percent of the "real" fakes!

I love that little quilted bag! Unforunately it was too small for me, and I don't wear any kind of fur except for lambswool. But some of the fur-and shearling-trimmed bags were really cute.
Thanks! It is the only fur I own other than on fobs. I have a couple other quilted nylon items. I love that they are lightweight and squishy!

Thanks. I don't go there often although I will check out GG's listings.

While we're at it, I have a couple of questions.

Is this a real Patricia?

Does the creed show an Italian plant with US text? It also looks like N for the month:

Is it authentic? (It's certainly not from the 80s as she described nor is it BC!

Elongated o in No. and J plant with US text?

Elongated o in No. and J plant with US text?

An N month code is okay for an Italian plant but I think I read "the United States" so it is fake. It's not the right font for the E plant.

I think she had that Taft removed from ebay. We've seen tons of very good fakes with the D6J prefix with that same font. I've seen no evidence that the J plant code was ever used for the US.

That is so sneaky! And her with the wishing us "blessings" on her page. Man. That karma is gonna hurt when it comes back around.

There was a post within the last week or two that stated and showed that in the mid-1990s the J plant code was used for a clothing plant. But all J codes during that time in handbags should be considered fake.

You read it as I did on the bag with the Italian plant and US text. I swear she purposely blurs her pictures in a way that makes authentication difficult. And in other listings, she avoids showing the creed.

And in the fake Tafe, I agree that it was previously removed from ebay. And I'd only seen J as a Chinese plant.

Thanks. I reported both of those fakes to Etsy. Let's see if they act on them.

That is so sneaky! And her with the wishing us "blessings" on her page. Man. That karma is gonna hurt when it comes back around.
Someone posted in the ebay forum that those people who use "have a blessed day!" and similar messages are always crooks! I remember a seller named something like sellingforjesus who was selling fakes.

Now I remember. I didn't code it a way in my notes that I could find it!

Fake.

She's back at Ebay as Debbieb208 again - what's her track record with Dooneys? She only has one Coach listed, wonder if she's on restriction?
