  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Thank you for your photo. That is the charm she had listed in stock photos and the one I am trying desperately to locate. The charm she sent a pic of does not appear to be the same charm, and I was not aware of that color combo. I know they made the red cherry and gold for the boutiques, and the blue cherry for the outlet. They just released a pink color cherry in this outlet sale. So I wasn't sure if what she had was an outlet color combo, or a fake.

Ok so that exact bag with the original charm for the bag @whateve posted just got listed. The ring isn't green. I think it might be gun metal. Mine isn't gun metal. Mine is black copper. I think the seller has the charm from the Rogue 17. But she listed stock photo of the one I have in the second pic. She should have clarified that in the description.

Is arianna2022 the seller from whom you purchased?

If this is the listing you bought, it's definitely SNAD. Both the picture (showing it on the bag) as well as the stock image (showing a different color) are different from the item you received.

The seller's listing says she doesn't take returns but that's out the window when items aren't "as described."

If you choose, open a SNAD dispute and for the description, state "one picture shows a keychain/charm with copper hardware and the other is a stock photo showing a keychain/charm with a trigger clip and keyring. Item received didn't have chain links and had a ball chain. Item received is NOT the the free-standing charm that Coach sells but instead is part of the embellishments included with the limited edition Rogue 17 that was sold after a runway show. seller sold the charm separate from the bag it came with."

ETA: In fact, in the listing from which you purchased, she stole the picture of the bag from this site:

Ok, so it appears the charm I purchased is from the runway rogue 17 bag & it is a legit charm. I didn't realize they were different. I think I'll go ahead and keep it as I have been trying to find the charm to match my bag for at least 6 months! This may be as close as I ever get!!

After looking at arianna2022 's listings and had you come here prior to buying, I probably would have recommended finding a different seller.

As shown above, she stole the Rogue and charm pictures from other sites and others of her listings also have stolen images.

There's no way to know what you'll get because clearly, she's not showing her actual items.

Hopefully I'm doing this right (my apologies if I'm not.) I picked up 2 Coach purses recently and would like to authenticate them - and if they are in fact Coach - maybe pick up further information about them? I haven't taken pictures of the second yet, but here's the first: a (supposed) Coach Factory Silver Signature Handbag No. E1280-F19428 ...
