Hi ladies!
I'm a long time lurker and first time poster in this forum, but I came across this beautiful possibly real vintage coach bag while thrift shopping and took the chance.

Could you kindly take a look and tell me is it authentic?
Thank you!

I'm going to need some time to compare it to others in that style, and there are a few small details on the creed and serial number that worry me. Also, is the Coach stamp on the front completely level? It looks a bit crooked in your photos.

Other opinions are welcome.

Yes, it does seem crooked. :(

These are photos from inside, it has two pockets from both sides, which now seems unusual. Fake?

I have the same concerns. It is supposed to have two pockets on the inside and the zipper pull looks right. The creed should look like this.C plant 1997 M7C 9098.jpg

Although whateve posted the same creed, I'd already done this side-by-side comp so I'm posting it.

The imprint on the lower front also appears to be lower than on the brown one.

I realize the photo is not very clear, so here is clearer one.

If the bag is fake, and I try to rehab it, will it fall apart? I guess there's only one way to find out.
Oh, I was so happy to find something vintage!

I rehabbed a fake. It didn't fall apart but the leather didn't respond right. It was always stiff and didn't really absorb the conditioner well.
